Heard George on Bob M Jr's CBC radio 2 morning drive show this AM...
This is a regular guest feature on Fridays but today was a holiday exception.
He played Johnny Appleseed by Joe Strummer.

I loved the show this week even if I had seen all these interviews a few times before. It was kind of weird to see the Season 5 interviews with the Jenn Bios. "You know, George, there could never be a Saturday Night live without Carol Burnett!" lol

I was a bit pissed however that they edited the 2007 music special with a new 2009 intro. I didn't understand why they didn't just show the original program. Ah well.

BTW, I just found out that Carole McNeill and George are to replace Wendy Mesley and Ron McLean as hosts of Test the Nation on January 24th. It looks fun, but it seems there a few changes from the episodes in 2008. I believe it will be shown live and it doesn't look like there will be any celeb captains, as in episodes past, except for in the individual teams.
